When people say they took a class that was ‘life-changing’, it is often dismissed as over-exuberance, but in this case, it is the perfect description. These classes truly did change my life. I was completely new to herbalism, so it opened a whole new world for me. The knowledge I gained empowered me to take charge of my own health. I am pleased to say that I am now able to help myself, friends, and clients with some of the health issues that life often challenges us with. In addition, I have a much closer relationship with the plants around me, and have been grateful for not only their medicinal qualities, but for the emotional and spiritual support they provide.
