This online/live course has been fantastic. It has allowed me to keep up with my very busy practice and allowed me to sharpen my skills without having to travel. It has been a blessing to me and to all of my patients as well. David has a wealth of knowledge, is a great teacher and the handouts are excellent resource materials.
