Adaptogens and Women’s Health

For me the two year program was an awesome experience!  It opened my eyes to so many things.  I am thankful for the experience and knowledge I gained. Now I am better able to help myself with my own health and other people or clients in the future.  Thanks so much Mr. Winston and Mrs. Frost!
